Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the location was fantastic, close to downtown and SPAC, the rooms left much to be desired as they felt dated and not particularly clean. The service varied; some staff were friendly and helpful, but others seemed disengaged. Dining was disappointing with limited options and slow service. Overall, it offers a good value for its location, but some areas definitely need improvement.
The hotel is situated near beautiful Saratoga Springs State Park, which adds a special charm to the stay with plenty of walking paths. While the rooms are spacious, they felt a bit outdated and could use a thorough cleaning. The service was inconsistent; the staff seemed stressed and not very helpful. However, the breakfast offered was fantastic, making mornings enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for attending the SPAC concert, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired, with some cleanliness issues and a strong heat that made it uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money is questionable considering the room conditions.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to the show I was attending. The rooms, although a bit on the smaller side, were still roomy enough for comfort. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with the long wait times. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
The hotel had a clean and comfortable ambiance, but I found the price to be on the higher side given the small room I received. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the overall value felt lacking due to some inconsistencies. Despite a great location near the Saratoga Spa park, my experience with the dining left a bit to be desired.
